You will need to have a petition filled out by the residents in the area that you will be having the party. Once signed the petition will need to be turned into City Hall where it will need to be approved by the Mayor and Police Chief.
Block Party
The City of Willowick does allow block parties but must be approved by the Mayor and Police Chief prior to the party. We also require a block party petition to be signed by the residents.
