A charitable organization (a 501(c)(3) does not require solicitation permit however, they will need to need to register with the City per the ordinance.
Solicitation Permits
Application requests for solicitor or peddling permits can be obtained at City Hall or below in supporting documents. Registration for a peddler or solicitor permit for a charitable or religious organization can also be obtained at City Hall or below in supporting documents.
