Public Records

Public Records requests for the Willowick Police Department can be submitted by completing a Records Request Form and submitting it to the Police Department. 

Requests can be submitted by:    Fax: 440-585-3770, email: willowickrecords@cityofwillowick.com , in person at the station or by mail to 30435 Lakeshore Blvd.  Requests will be processed during normal business hours.  Should you have any questions regarding records requests you may contact the department at 440-585-1234 (voicemail for the records department is Extension 246).
